Cumin Pork Soup

1/2 lb Pork, cut into cubes
1/4 cup Ginger, minced
1 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Thyme

5 cups Water
1 medium Onion, diced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 Tomatoes, diced

2 cups Coconut Milk
1 cup Coconut Cream
2 Bay leaf
Salt and Pepper to taste



1. In a pot, marinate the meat, ginger, cumin, ground thyme and salt for 5 - 20 minutes.
2. Add water, onion, tomatoes and garlic. let it boil for 2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender.
3. Add coconut milk, coconut cream, and bayleaf. Let is simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve with lime on the side.
