Keto Blueberry Cookies




Perfect for breakfast and snacks.

Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
4 eggs, beaten
8 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup stevia
1 1/2 tsp baking power
1/2 cup blueberries

Procedures:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper/wax paper. 
  3. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, eggs, butter, vanilla, stevia and baking powder. 
  4. Spoon 2-3 tablespoon of the batter to the parchment-lined baking sheet. 
  5. Add blueberries on top of the batter. 
  6. Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven. 
  7. Bake for 15 minutes. 
  8. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
